Joel Mausner, PhD: Managing Principal of Workplace Psychology
Joel Mausner, PhD, is the Managing Director and Principal Consultant of Workplace Psychology. He has over 25 years’ experience as an Executive Leadership Psychologist, and over 35 years’ experience as an expert in human behavior, personality and group dynamics. Since establishing his firm in 1996, Joel has specialized in the psychology of workplace functioning, including leadership development, executive teamwork, organization effectiveness, change and conflict management, and career advancement. Since 2006, much of Joel's coaching and consulting has focused specifically on CEOs and the C-Suite. His private practice offices are located in Mid-Town Manhattan and White Plains NY. He also works on-site across the NYC metro area and via video or teleconference nationally and abroad.
